There’s something deeply humbling about Mr. Spock, one of my favourite characters from the all-time classic Star Trek series. He evokes a profound sense of humility in me. Half human, half Vulcan, he stands as the perfect metaphor for every leader who has ever had to balance decisions between heart and mind.
